LG washer bearings and drum have fallen apart in about 5 years time. LG has no service people in my area. Each name and number they gave me turned out to be not ones that covered my area. Turns out, no one covers my area. So, they told me to call Sears. Sears came out and said unit is not repairable. (Over $1200 for 5 years use, I don't think I would buy one of these if that were known up front.) But they won't take Sears' word for it and Sears and LG won't communicate with each other. So, if need a new "lifetime warranty drum", how do I get it?
