Every since 9/22 I have been calling Geek Squad to get an appointment to get my refrigerator fixed because the freezer part stop freezing and the frigerator has been making a loud noise. I had to go out and rent a frigerator becaiuse Geel squad has hung up on me every since last Sunday I also tried doing it online and it has been saying they are having temporary difficulty to try again later I nhave a baby at home this is not right that is the purpose of us putting warrenty on our refrigerator this is awful customer service I have been transferred to sevral differenr people each day I have called and to be put on hold for 1 hour and be hung up on something is not right with your employees. They need to be retrained for better customer service. And it is 9/29 And I still have no appointment are anything! Best Buy will loose my service I have provided to them along with others!
