I went to gazelle.com to get a quote for my iPhone 5, and I chose the iPhone 5, Flawless, 16GB, AT&T, and the website returned with $370. A lousy $370 for a device that is sold out everywhere, and every other site has it going for $700 minimum.
I contacted the online chat representative GLORIA, who said "I don't know what you're talking about, mine came up $500." She repeatedly stated that she requested a quote for the same device, and her quote came up $500 while mine gave me $370. I asked her why they were ripping their customers off, and she denied that the quote had given me $370. I took a screenshot, attached it to her chat window and sent it to her, after she saw the image, she said "Is there anything else I can assist you with, " eager to disconnect the chat. I told her I would report her website as a RIP OFF. So here I am.
Do not do business with gazelle.com!
