I would like to tell you why I will never use your store again.
On November. 21st I went online to shop for a TV being a premium member I could shop early for you stuff.
I have needed a TV for our bedroom for about 8 mounths as ours is stating to go bad.
So I paid of my best buy Reward zone mc and held it till thanksgiving. When I saw the sharp aquos 60’’ TV for $799 I was in! I ordered it on the spot.
On nov. 30th I got a call that the TV was in and it would be delivered the next day I asked where it was coming from and he told me Fayetteville (Ar.). Well I live in siloam springs a 70 mil. Round trip but I was in the area at the time of the call and asked if it would be better for me to swing by in a bit and pick it up. He told me it would.
He told me to give my name and it would be brought up to me. When I got there they didn’t know what I was talking about. After a bit they told me that they could give me the TV. They would just cancel the.com order and sell it from the store. So good let’s do that I thought. Well they did cancel the order then told me to go to the front and pay for it. At that point I ask surprised is the money back on my card. Looking at me oddly the girl replied no that takes 4 to 5 days. I then asked how much $ do you think I have on my card and do you think I should pay for it twice the point being that I have $1000. On that card 875 of it is in limbo. So now I don’t get the TV at all less I Wright a check (get that one past my wife!) so I start to go but stop to talk to an manager telling him my story (first when he came up to me he looked upset) his reply was priceless looking me in the eye he told my I should not have canceled the order. That it was all my falt!!!
I walked out. I still don’t have a TV but I cant bring myself to go buy it now it would make me sick.
Call and closed out my best buy rewards zone card.
