Phone is Cash
They received a phone they agreed to purchase and didn't send me the check they promissed

I sent them a Phone for Cash on July 19th. After sending several follow up emails I have only received automated responses tell me they will get back to me within 48 hours... But as you guessed they haven't. I almost want them to tell me they are going to keep the phone and money then I can move on.
