The company Tigerdirect sold a monitor/tv (megavision)
with rebate and extended warranty.
First the rebate was never sent just lots of paperwork
then the tv stopped working after 8 months, 12 calls, 16 e-mails and 30 days resulted in lots of paperwork and no help
No one want's to respond to call's or e-mails concerning this product just pass along to someone else in the company.
