I had the same problem as everyone else. Sent for CDR $20 rebate March. Wrote many e-mails, send faxes, wrote letters. No response. I filed complaint with Better Business Bureau for State of Mass. Found out - the company has filed bankruptcy. Phones disconnected. Mail returned to sender. Staples did make it right for me, I appreciate that. I'll continue to shop there. Maybe other consumers should write to the CEO or president of the store they bought their product from. If you don't know who that person is... Go to Hoovers.com. Maybe you can find out the names there. Good Luck... Good riddance to Prime Periphials/Okie Corp.
