Called this Company to ask them to send me a Box way back in June of here it is August still NO box. So I took it upon myself to see what the problem was with my TV so I call the company who never told me I could not open my own TV I am still paying for when I called in June. As I was waiting for this Box that would Never Come I found myself wondering if I myself could fix my own TV where as I opened the TV back and looked and Found that the Fuse was blown that was it.
ONLY ONE THING. I called this company to report as to what had happened that I DID call in June and still never got the box that I was promised so I told them I opened my TV and they said I broke there rule that I could NOT open my own TV now that I know what is wrong with this TV and I am sure many others that we own.
So know that it is not the TV its the Fuse that is broken when this happens to a TV that is a Flat screen but Your not supposed to open it where they failed to express this in anyway shape or form to me when I was supposed to get the box in June that never came. NOT ever. Now that I know what the problem is they blocked my number so I cannot call no more as I call this Lousy customer service not only that Lousy on helping you. They just put your file aside and say oops another one sucker who bought one of our TVs that will break and I know why NOW so There not happy with me I figured out the problem So they do not call they do not fix items and they DO NOT Care about us the Consumer.
This is important that everyone Knows that this company is a Scam. ONE big HUGE Scam... Shame too... Its a Nice TV but it will not work for long and Then You will have to perchase another one. They do NOT care about you at all. Thats why I am reporting this Issue to all of you who are thinking about buying a TV do not buy a Emerson as they DO not help and lie about helping you then they block your number after the second call so KNOW that..
