Would not responded to repeated phone calls for a RA on defective siren!

I have been calling and emailing this company for a month to report a defective siren that I would like to return that was purchased by my Fire Department. But they have not returned any phone calls or emails. As of now I'm out $165.00 for a siren that is junk!
