On 12/10 i (ms. Goodnough) went into the toys r us in roseville, michigan. The order was lost and the money was refunded. As a customer i was livid. The item that i needed for my granddaughter was to help her excel in school, she has a learning disability. I looked in the local stores in macomb county, michigan and cannot locate the item.
Furthermore, the enitre store was in total distruction, some customers waited as long as two hours for their orders, and then they only received some of the order.
