I was a employee at Radio Shack in Portland Oregon, and had a lot of struggles working there. But more a moral part of me couldn't continue there, I was written up for not adding service plans onto customers purchases. I didn't believe it was a value or something to save any money for a customer, in fact they had us telling them it was a replacement plan when it is bring back the broken product, and IF we say it qualifys for replacing, have the customer leave empty handed as they wait for up to 2 weeks for a gift card. For 1. And 2. The company started to ask us to just add it to the purchases without the customer knowing. I would look out if i was working/or shopping there. Some farther serious sneakyness was going on.
