ABC Warehouse - Will not honor their warranty NOR give a refund! - Frigidaire Washer Repai

I purchases a warranty from ABC Warehouse. When I attempted to call in for a repair, I was told that my machine (a coin operated washer) was not covered. I have tried to get a refund and cannot get anyone typcially to answer the phone. I have left 4 messages and received no return phone calls. Do not deal with this company!!!
