I ordered an LED TV for a Christmas present last night and got an email today from ecost informing me they could not verify my address! I have only recieved 12 amazon boxes already this Holliday season and asked the rep why I was being asked question after question about my address. He was anything but HELPFUL! I got so frustrated at the inefficacy of the company I cancelled my order. From the looks of the other reviews cancelling my order looked like the best decision I made! Lousy Lousy Customer Service and I would not reccomend anyone using this company to buy a toothbrush let alone electronics!
