Damaged cell phone, failure to refund and refund shipping return as promised., ShenZhen City, Othe

Bought a cell phone from fcz stores on eBay. It arrived a month later and was damaged.

They asked that I return the item and they would refund both my money and the shipping.

The item was returned and they asked me to be patient about my refund and that the item was probably at their post office and they would check on it. What I failed to recognize that they were stalling while telling me that they were going to solve the problem.By this time, eBay's 45 day limit had made it impossible to get them to resolve the problem through eBay

Since that time they have ignored my requests for the money. The total amount they owe me is $46.60.
