Voiceopia - I want my phone number back!
After transferring my number successfully from Voiceopia - they stole it from me. I cancelled with them because their phone lines were pitiful - nothing personal, just business. Well, they got their feelings hurt and have now broken FCC Guidelines just to make sure my business suffers.

I have been threatened, calls to my house well after 10:00 pm and badgering on emails. They told me to quit my "rant" or else I'd have my phone number stripped... Guess they were right.
