I think worldcom needs to get out of the cell phone business all together. I work for them and (collections) and they rip people off all the time, the billing is a mess, the telemarketeres send phones to people that never wanted them, payments get misapplied to accounts, and not applied to others. This is the worst company I have EVER worked for. Needless to say, I'm looking for another job. The best thing I can tell everyone is to file a class action lawsuit. Just last year they paid out $88 million for the same stuff...
