A Class action lawsuit should be filed against Worldcom Wireless for wrongful billing and refusing to correct mistakes...
I am interested in filing a class action lawsuit. Sadly, it seems there are many others in a battle with this horrible company. I am currently fighting collection notices for over $1100.00!
All of which is at the fault of WorldCom Wireless. I have repeatedly hit wall after wall after wall. Customer service is of NO help. Of course this is after waiting 20 minutes on hold and going through the whole story again and again. I do not know what to do.
I cant even find out where to send letters of complaint. I've been given different corporate addresses as well as being told they dont give out that information. I cant even find out who the CEO is. Something has got to be done about this company.
