Raymond Daigneault stated he was a computer repair expert who worked as a computer engineer at EMC2 in Westboro, MA
I answered an ad placed by Daigneault. I had problems with my PC. He claimed he could fix any problem. He came to my home and briefly looked at my PC. He told me he would have to bring it back to his shop to do a full diagnostic. Along with taking my computer, he also required $2,500.00 in advance. I agreed.
Two weeks later, I called him and asked him how my computer was comming along. He told me the problem was more severe then he first thaught. He then asked for an additional $2,500.00. I told him I could buy a new computer for what I was giving him. He agreed and said If he were to give you this computer back now, I would loose all the memory that was stored. I paid him the money.
Another two weeks went by and I finally got a phone call from Daigneault, telling me my PC is ready and it would cost an additional $3,500.00!!! He said If I didnt pay, he would keep my computer. I had no choice.
Daigneault had his wife deliver the computer to my home. I paid her and she left. I connected my computer and it didnt work!!! Needless to say he didnt return any of my phone calls.
Stay away from Raymond "Ray" Daigneault. Hes a crook. He should be in jail!!!
