I purchased 2 7" tablets for my grand kids for christmas and they didn't work at all, they made it so hard for me to contact them, you would be on hold for along time and then you would get a recording saying good bye, and all the service rep are busy, i got a direct ext and it was no good, the person you called is not available good by, by then your 30 day warranty if gone, now i have 2 tablets they never worked and i am out of 157.00. I will never buy anything from eglobalwireless again, i strongly suggest anyone else to be carefull if they order something.
