Knock-off's, don't stand behind their return policy, speakers blown when delivered

When I received the headphones, the box was not sealed. The speakers were clearly blown and don't work. I contacted the company who says they have a return policy and they asked me to take a picture of the headphones. Of what? Blown speakers? They said that the headphones look fine and that I must've shaken the box too hard!!! Are you kidding me? They offered to reimburse me 3% and would give me a discount if I were to come back to their site! Oh the most important part-there are type-o's on the box!!!
