Ack in 2000 i went to bestbuy in columbus ohio to get a new sound card for my computer i play alot of computer games so i wanted a good one I found a soundblaster live card the best one out at that time.
I got it home and was ready to install it when i open the box there was no card all there was is a disk for the drivers and a cable this card wasnt cheap it was about 100 dollars at the time so i went up to the store and talked to the girl at the desk and got no help so i ask for a superviser when he came out i told him what had happen we walked back to the row where the card was and ask me why i hadnt noticed the diffrence in wight of the box
I told him i dont stock your product i dont know how heavy they should be the card is only about a pound then he said i must have takin the card out and i was trying to rip him off i then showed him the recipts that came up to about 450 dollers that i had spent in the last month there to show him that i shop there all the time but he still said it was my problem so if you shop at bestbuy open your box befor you pay
of you may end up spending 100 dollers of more for an empty box
