Southbeachsmoke.com Defective product lasted 10 days, will not warranty or exchange

Ordered the Product on Feb 16. Total cost was $63.94. It took about 3 weeks to receive it. The date now is 3-20-12. Received their product (Deluxe Starter Kit) and within the first 2 weeks one of the batteries has stopped working and the other battery is leaking and has green corrosion building up on the end of it. Wrote the company and was told that since I was not signed up for their delivery program, they will not back the product. I still have a cartridge left from the original 4, neither of the batteries have lasted through these original 4 cartridges, I never had a chance to even sign up to their delivery program before this product failed. Basically its been 10 days since receiving this product, both batteries are shot, and I have been denied any type of exchange or warranty since I did not order more of their cartridges before the original 4 ran out.

Originally I was going to have the batteries replaced and order more cartridges to be sent with the batteries. Upon being told that they will not back up their defective products, I decided to take the loss and learn from my mistake of buying from this company. There is a person in our mall here that sells these types of products and warranties everything he sells. I writing this as a warning to anyone who is thinking about buying from this company.
