Purchased 2 duraflame heaters significantly less than six months before. Both aren't WORKING!!! This Co. Comes with an answering service where the folks consider your brand etc. You'll never get a phone from client service. The answering support individuals are the RUDEST so all the best. I eventually named QVC back and informed them how TERRIBLE this Co. Is. They're allowing me return this CRAP!!! Cheers QVC for excellent client seevice! DOUBLE STAR: You'll walk out company because you handle YOUR VISITORS HORRIBLE
