I purchased a home warranty from Shield Star for one of my rental properties in
Mesa Arizona. The sale representative's name was Michael Vinci. Not only did he answer all of my questions and concerns, he also gave a really great deal. He even locked my pricing in for life so i would be able to renew at the same discounted rate every year. I was recently informed by my tenant that the dishwasher had broken down. I called Shield Star immediately and reported the problem. They had a service contractor out to my property the same day and had the problem fixed within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Shield Star to everyone.
