I wish I would have read the other rip off reports about this company before I purchased from there. Got the wrong phone and have been getting the run around now for 2 weeks. Everything these ex employees have said about this place has been true for me and I had to laugh at the internet battle from a "happy customer".
Everyone I talk to there is supposedly a "Manager". Supposedly my new phone is on order, but they have no way to see when the order was placed or when it will be there. How is that possible? I can see not knowing when it will be there if it's back ordered, but not knowing when an order is placed? Liars. Not to mention the two people who work there keep pointing to the other person for blame. Great managerial skills.
I have gotten burned before by a non-Verizon store and from the outside, you would think you were dealing directly with Verizon, but that couldn't be any farther from the truth. I will never shop at a non-Verizon store again. Anyone else in Naperville reading this, please save yourself the time and headache and just drive down the street a little farther to an actual Verizon store.
