We called Holiday TV & Electronics Service from an add in the phone book. The guy responded and came to our home to look at our tv. He told us that he thought it was a picture display issue and would cost us around $300 to repair. Unfortunately, we paid him for the parts ahead of time. We have called him over and over and over again. He has not returned our calls or come back to repair the tv. He also cashed our check immediately.
