Dear Sirs, you should be ashamed selling this w/out mentioning the EXORBITANT monthly subscription fee needed to use it. #Thief They sell the unit for $40 bucks, then charge $2.99 for each time you use it for a report. Then this "tool", and I use that word loosely, does not clear the computer after fixing the problem even though this simple task can be done by ANY OTHER scanner, even the less expensive ones, yet not this one, necessitating another scanner, making me wonder why I need this garbage. You folks are liars and thieves.
