They charged another fee of 90 dollars for something i didnt purchase

I ordered a pair of shoes on the website called thejordan13.com and i got a call about an additional fee for another 90 dollars for electronics which i did not purchase at all, i only bought shoes and thats it. Ive emailed them and everything and havent gotten an email back..
