I live in Canada and bought one Coby TV on line through Tiger Direct. After 3 months picture was gone. I called the repair center in Savanah GA, and they told me to ship it for repairs. I send it to them and never ever heard back from them. When I call the same number they will ask all sorts of questions including tracking number etc. But no response. I do not know what to do next. Coby TV and their management close the eyes and ears for complains. Shame on them. Mike
