After spending almost $500 on an extended in home warranty for my 82" television, I called this company and after 17 minutes it asked for an extension number. I tried to get an operator but to no avail! I emailed them and the email doesn't go through. Ken Kranes, a large tv store went out of business last year so I have nothing but a broken television and already out $500 and now I have to have someone come out and fix it!
