Signal Jammer sent me an OK $350 unit. It worked adequately for about five months. Then, it stopped.
Signal Jammer was quick to provide since it was under warranty; they provided a Return Authorization Number (RNA) and instructions to send the unit to China.
I sent it over seven weeks ago. It took numerous requests and posting to this and other sites. They responded three weeks ago indicating they were on vacation and would look into it.
A week ago they responded again, after much prodding. This time there was another holiday and they would look into it. The promised to send the unit or a replacement.
It has been another week. No word.
Is this a tease or a ripoff?
I recommend not doing business with Signal Jammer.
