I bought (11/25) and mailed (11/30) my rebate form for Merax 20pk Black Slim Jewel Case for a promise to get a $4.00 (cost) through rebate check. I started calling the rebate center on 1/31. Whenever I talked to the rebate center, it's always the same routine they do... Give them my invoice # and date of purchase. Every week, they always say the check will be mailed next week. Time comes to follow-up if they mailed the check... The same routine goes... Check will be mailed next week.
What can I do next? Is there anything to do except for phone follow-up?
