I am a recently purchaser of an iPhone. Thought it would be great. However, all these erroneous charges keep popping up on my credit card bill. On the statements, only a 866 number is listed, and when you try to call it, the automated voice directs you to handle your complaint online.
Which of course, you can't. There is no category listed for false credit card debt. They pretend to have a site to call, but it comes up repeatedly as "error - try again later." What a scam!
