You pay them you get no merchandise no answer to emails or phone calls

My son ordered a guitar from directlycheap.com for 99.95 and received nothing I have called, emailed tried everything to get ahold of this company it is one thing for an adualt to get ripped off but when you steal from a child it is a whole other problem.
