I purchased a filter double machine in December and also have had an issue each year with it since. I discovered never to purchase from the door-to-door machine salesman. We've needed to buy components within twelve months of the purchase. They started out as little components and simply increased from there. For instance... Seals towards the container and wand, then your wand and power-head melted the electric link together, (fire risk) and today they declare my change and my wire are poor to the stage of replacement. (fire hazard again) each one of these issues have now been an issue, that we do anticipate more in the future!!! I'd like individuals to realize that it requires them the least 21 times to get, substitute and deliver back each time!!! Total bit of crap!!! Don't purchase!!!
