The company eglobalwireless.com is a rip off like no other. Great pricing, Terrible customer support and service. I never write these blogs but really need to warn people about this company.
I purchased a notebook mini for a great price over a month ago. Before it was shipped I received a call from a company representative who suggested I purchase a battery that would last 4 hours. I asked her how long the battery in the laptop would last and she told me "20 minutes". The company representative asked if I wanted a four hour battery for an additional $20, and I said sure.
When I got the notebook I charged the battery for 24 hours before using it. To my surprise the first time I used it the notebook turned off after 20 minutes. Hummmmm.
I have tried four times by email and have gotten a total run around between returns and technical support. I have even tried five times to call them and either I get disconnected, or no one returns my calls. I have left three messages over the course of a month, and four emails over a month to try and resolve this.
I come from a customer service background with over 40 years, and this is a company that I will never deal with again! My thoughts are they will be out of business in the near future.
