I purchased my pos phone from NET10 LG800g on 1/1. The box and the manual that came with the phone states that I can download apps, HOWEVER. App download requires purchase of additional Memory. So I buy Additional Memory just to find out that it is a scam. Fraud. I begged for this phone for ever because I could download all the apps I wanted and it would be easy and cheeper than the one I really wanted. I hated the POS from the moment I opened the box. You can not change anything on the phone you can not even turn off the key sounds unless you do not want sound at all. I can not even look at face book let alone download the app. The browser is worthless. And I am sick of this company ripping off people off. I have researched to see if a Class action lawsuit has been filed and can not find one. So if any one knows of one please let me know I called a lawyer to see if there is anything that they can do. I need people to call the same number to see if they will help all of us that have been ripped off by this company 18775533057 Caddell & Chapman, P.C. Nationwide I bet they will help us we just need to get this started. I hope that we can get this company under control so that they can not rip any one else off. From time and money.
