I purchased a television on 11/25, on 12/13 the picture went black, there was sound but no picture. I called Toshiba and they set up a work order under warranty. Days turned into weeks, upon several phone calls to them I was told they have 30 days to produce the part before they would seek any alternatives. 30 days have come and gone, and the alternative solutions they have given me are either to wait for the part, or to take the tv back to the store for a refund. I called the store to inquire about this and their policy is no returns on electronics after 14 days. So I called Toshiba back and was told they do not issue the refund, and cannot give me a replacement television. So now I have a 65" paperweight, a television that I can't get repaired, refunded, or replaced. The lack of customer service from this company is very disappointing. I hope this review saves anyone else the trouble.
