My husband & I purchased 7 of the 7" GPad tablets for Christmas for the grandkids. One broke the first day. One got where it would not hold a charge so my grandson had to stay by a plug so he could keep it plugged in while he played games. After the 5th day, It stopped completely. Another one was being charged and when complete. My daughter went to unplug it from the wall and the "plugs" stayed in the wall...

By New Years, we were online getting a return auth.# so we could get them replaced. I have been trying to find out the status of our return with no luck!

This morning, before trying to contact them again and getting on this website. My daughter sends me a text with a picture showing a charger that is missing one of it's prongs!!! This makes the 3rd. Plug that has screwed up...

You can imagine how we feel as grandparents. Spent over $700 dollars for these to see all of opened at the same time. All of their faces lite up with excitement, and within 5 day's, Momma's were calling us wanting to know how to return them...
