On 1/3 my fianc'e & I called Aplusbsoftware to order the SimuRide beginner driver he & steering wheel set. My fianc'e used his credit card to pay $168.00. The web site says that after the payment clears the order will be shipped out in 2 days. I try to call the phone number on their site but can never reach anyone. They say they work from 9:00am to 5:00pm est. I tryed to e-mail the but they never get back to me. We would like to know if you can help us get our money back?
