Mr., Sanchez advertised that his company was professional, had over 20yrs experience and was licensed and insured. I contracted them to provide a surveillance security system for my new home. We agreed on the price of $995 for 8 cameras and he would strategically design the location to cover the entire premises. The cameras would have all of the functionality as advertised in the ad and on his website, additionally the cameras would come with a 3 year replacement warranty.
On November 04th a couple of guys arrived to install the cameras. I was told it would take about 4 hours, however took over 8 hours. Due to their inexperience there was a lot of unnecessary holes drilled trying to find the right location for the cameras on the inside and outside of the house leaving huge holes which were only filled with caulking instead of being repaired and are very noticeable. Mr. Sanchez arrived during the time that the workmen were wrapping up and gave me a quick tutorial of the system.
