I send Canon camera to that company to repair in Sept. They did the estimation for $239.20 I sent the check. After a few weeks I recieved the camera with this letter.
We have received your equipment for repair, but are unable to proceed. Your equipment has been examined for the service you have requested. We are returning your equipment to you un-repaired. Thanks for your payment on 10/13
I called them twice and 1st time they said, it takes time to send it.
One month later, when I called the 2nd time, they said, they didn't send it yet and that they will send it soon. I called the one month ago.
