I buy a whirlpool alongside fridge in June. I observed nowadays, (12/4) that the plastic Frames around the two top glass shelves have damaged. The plastic is fragile and incredibly slim. I'm surprised that whirlpool might utilize this type of low quality content about the body.
I called Whirlpool Customer Support to deal with the problem and was informed in no uncertain conditions the guarantee doesn't protect non-functional products about the fridge. I'm really dissatisfied and discouraged over this type of reaction. I no further have trust in Whirlpool items. They're another organization that's creating throughaway items without any problem for customer satisfaction. Exactly what a disgrace.
