Gabriel at Radio Shack flat out lied to me about coverage on their cell phone protection plan. I was told that everything would be covered except loss or stolen phone. I cracked the screen on the phone and called the insurance company. They told me that accidental damage to the phone was not covered. I only had mechanical coverage. I called the Radio Shack complaint line and finally received a call from Fred the district manager. He told me he could not do anything since I could not prove Gabriel lied to me. Watch out for the liars at Radio Shaft!!!
