I received a DVD home theatre system recently. Excited, my daughter and I opened it quickly noticing dents all over the box. We pened the lid and noticed all the styrafoam insulation was busted in little pieces We carefully took the ins. Off and noticed dents all over the top of the dvd player, literally caved in. I packaged it back and have been calling ever since.! Paid by credit card, so I have No confirmation #, and it's not on the box. You have limited options on their recording, you're put on hold indefinitely till you give up and hang up.
I payed $320.00 plus the voucher, and I don't want something that looks like it got thrown out of a ten story building.
