I ordered a vital part for my senior project on 6/12 and did not receive a call from Symmetry Electronics until 6/24 to confirm my order. When I asked why it took them so long to process my order, they noted that the part was an older model but still did not explain why they took so long to contact me. It still took until 7/14 for me to receive my part and this long wait hindered my group's graduating project schedule. I tried to contact the company in regards to wanting to make a complaint but the person I spoke to said that they don't process complaints. VERY unprofessional and unhelpful company.
