Requested a Rand McNally GPS and requested for Following Day Atmosphere that was $29.95 additional, 2 nights later with no item. After I named customer support I had been provided a run-around and informed the device was delivered UPS, but I nevertheless wasn't provided a tracking number. I attempted to stop purchase but couldn't because they declare it had been delivered. I never obtained the merchandise as my charge card was billed. I called again and was informed that I'd get the item on Friday that will be 5 nights later, but I am still being billed for Following Day Air @ $29.95. Buy placed 11/9 @ 2:46 pm so next business day is 11/10. Nevertheless NO Produce
