My son signed up for XBOX LIVE when he was 16 years old and used the service until he was 17. When he turned 18 he moved to Canada and does not use his XBOX at all. He was automatically billed for a yearly subscription on a auto bill that he supposedly agreed to when he was 17 - a minor. Voidable contract. He was billed on January 20. I caught it and called on February to have this service canceled and they said although they would cancel it he would not be refunded his money because it had been longer than 30 days. I explained he was billed on January 20 and it was only February 10th and they said that it went by the subscription date of December 31. Basically the completely screwed an 18 year old kid out of $60.
