Absolutely horrible customer service. Also, be aware that most purchases are "FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE".
I wish that they would clearly state this on the place your order page so that I would consider twice before placing any orders with them.
Their return policies applies to manufacturers that are not even listed in their disclaimers. Not worth the hassle and you may be stuck with a poor quality product.
