Trane doesn't remain behind their items and certainly will not use their clients to create a negative condition right. I'm a howmeowner in New Rochelle, NY.in October 1999, I bought a brand new Trane furnace, AC, and digital air cleanser, Product # TFE245A9FRO. The EAC includes a damaged ionizing cable, that makes the system completely inoperable. Trane no further supplies the cables. Trane does provide a which includes the cables, however the package charges $1450, that will be $100 greater than a fresh EAC! I named Trane to determine when they works with me to solve this problem. Trane won't. I had been informed that my only two choices are to buy a brand new EAC, or even the more costly package. Obviously, I'm really dissatisfied in Trane. After I selected them for my HVAC requirements, I settled more, believeing the marketing nonsense that I had been coping with a high flight organization that will uphold me. Exactly what a break of confidence and waste of cash. I'll not purchase from their website again, and certainly will alert all my neighbors to prevent Trane.
